Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in C:\wamp\apps\phpmyadmin4.0.4\libraries\php-gettext\gettext.inc on line 177

I did follow too many post about this problem.. Finally I follow the following link :  http://stackoverflow.com/a/18694767  and able to open my phpmyadmin .. :)
